As part of our Dr. Seuss celebration this week we made some super cute and super easy Cat In The Hat, Hat Cookies.
What You need:
Cream Filled cookies split in half (save the other half to eat when the kiddos aren’t looking)
Gummy LifeSavers
Vanilla Frosting
Piping bag – Or zip lock with the corner cut off
How To Assemble:
Start with one half of the cookie with the cream filling on it, squirt a little bit of your vanilla frosting to make a base and add a gummy LifeSaver. Repeat the frosting and life saver two more time and there you are done!!
Don’t forget to save the other half of the cookies for yourself when the kiddos aren’t looking!!

I like this recipe! Putting in our summer program box – it will be a good one we can use with our small group of 8-15 kids, and have a Dr. Seuss day! Thanks
Very cute and very clever.
