Ooey Gooey Peanut Butter Brownies

There are few things in life more delicious than Peanut Butter and Chocolate!  And what better way to enjoy them than in a yummy brownie.

While I love to bake I don’t always have the time to do it all from scratch so this recipe actually calls for your favorite box mix brownies.

Ingredients:

1 Box of your Favorite Brownie Mix

1 Cup of Chcolate Chips

1 Cup of Peanut Butter Chips

1/2 Cup of Peanut Butter.

Prepare your brownies according to the package instructions.  Before adding to the pan stir in 1/2 of the Chocolate Chips and 1/2 of the Peanut Butter Chips.  Put your peanut butter in a microwave safe container and warm up for about 30 seconds.  Using a spoon swirl the peanut butter on top of the brownies and sprinkle the remaining chips on top.  Cook as directed.  Once the brownies are done allow them to cool completely before cutting.  If they do not cool completely the Peanut butter will not cut well.
