I have been working really hard on trying to lose some weight lately, but I LOVE to entertain. Which is not usually a good thing for the waist line. So I have been working on some super simple and super healthy appetizers! This is the first of many more to come!
I really love fruit but sometimes it need something a little extra. My go to’s have always been a chocolate or caramel dip, or sprinkling my strawberries with sugar! This is a GREAT way to up your fruit experience with next to NO FAT!!! This recipe is called ALMOST fat free dip because well it is just that, and can easily be made fat free by keeping the Walnuts out of the recipe.
1 8oz Package of Fat Free Cream Cheese – Slightly Softened
1 6oz Container of Fat Free Greek Vanilla Yogurt
2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
1/4 Cup Chopped Walnuts
Ok ladies and gents this is where it gets difficult.
Take all of the ingredients and put them in a bowl. Stir until well mixed and there are no more lumps.
Serve right away or refrigerate for up to 2 days. Serve with your favorite fruits. I LOVE to serve it yummy and HEALTHY fruit Kabobs.
